Life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we react to it and that’s exactly what we saw in these 2 kids going to school in a very small village in Meghalaya.
As we looked closer we saw their re-stitched sweaters, torn shoes, threadbare clothes & ragged schoolbags but as soon as we eliminated all these observations, we saw the other side of the story.
We saw 2 best friends walking down to their school singing their favourite songs, their pebble game on the river bridge, giggling and smiling as they shared a pack of munchies and eventually getting punished at the school for getting late but somehow they still managed to pull of a smile on each others face.
Life treats you like the way you treat it.
